Samsung has planned to introduce their 4.99-inch Full HD display in Q1 of this year - it was shown on a roadmap of their mobile display at the CES last month. Now, according to Korean website it seems that Samsung Display will start mass production stage which can produce about 3 million units per month in the end of this month and the first new generation display will reach Samsung Electronics in early March - before rumored April release of the Samsung Galaxy S4.
This display will be Samsung's first Full HD AMOLED with 440ppi pixel density created by a modified FMM technology which make this display 25% more efficient and rumored to be used in the next Samsung Galaxy devices.
