New Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 Camera Samples Leaked Plus Another Camera Feature Rumor

Samsung Galaxy S4 Camera Simple Leaked On Picasa

Let me remind you, we have been seen the images which have probably been taken by Samsung's device model GT-I9505 which could be Verizon Wireless version of Samsung Galaxy S4. Earlier today, two images were believably taken by a Samsung Galaxy S4 just leaked on someone Google+ account. The uploader already took the pictures down, but from captured information the images were taken by device with model number GT-I9500. Both images are in 16:9 format and have 4128 x 2322 resolution which is approximately 9.6MP, however a 13MP camera in Auto mode will also take image in the same resolution. The EXIF data also shows 4mm focal length which leads to a 1/3" sensor (while the standard 1/3.2" sensor that Samsung and Omnivision have been using equate to a 3.6mm focal length) same as the latest flagship devices like HTC One and Sony Xperia Z.

As Sony is the only popular manufacturer creating 1/3" sensor and Samsung has previously been using Sony's sensor in their devices. We can suggest that Samsung Galaxy S4 will probably use Sony Exmor RS, the same sensor as the latest Sony flagship phone - the Xperia Z. If this speculation is true, we can expect some features like HDR video recording, low-light video recording and 10fps burst shots.

Another rumor about Samsung Galaxy S4 camera feature from spokesmen of Galaxy S4 development is the next Samsung's flagship device might come with quick share buttons to share any images on Facebook or Twitter and a new features called "Samsung Orb" which will allow us to capture 360-degree panorama images. The Samsung spokesmen also said that Samsung Galaxy S4 will give "an almost three-dimensional viewing experience" and "even better than Photo Sphere, courtesy of the S4's amazing camera".
