Samsung Galaxy S4 Comes With Wireless Charging - Back Cover And Dock Sold Separately

Samsung Galaxy S4

Wireless charging will probably be a must-have feature of smartphones in these days. In the last few months we have already see this feature in Windows 8 phone like HTC 8X and in accessories for Nokia Lumia 820, Nokia Lumia 920. As well as third party accessories, Powermat for iPhone and BlackBerry device and Zens for Samsung Galaxy S3.

Until recently, Nexus 4 will probably be the most popular Android phone which comes out of the box with its own wireless charger. As a hot trend in mobile phone market and the opportunity to sell an extra accessory, i will surprise if Samsung will not offer this feature in their next flagship phone. Based on the recent report from D Daily, Korean Website revealed that Samsung is now working on wireless charging for the next flagship phone. Samsung will sell special back cover with wireless charging capability and docking station for Samsung Galaxy S4 separately from the phone. However, Samsung will use the Qi standard which probably support any Qi dock so you can buy docking station from third-party.

Unfortunately, this method would have been to expensive to sell in market at a competitively priced.

With high-end specs likes multi-core Exynos 5 CPU, 5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 13MP camera and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box plus wireless charging feature, these will give the Samsung Galaxy S4 an advantage when compared with other high-end phone in the market.
