According to HDBlog.it who got a few images which were claimed as Samsung Galaxy S4 image samples from Google+. EXIF data of the images show these images were taken by two different version of Samsung Galaxy - Korean (SHV-E300S) and AT&T (SGH-I337) along with another Sprint unconfirmed device (SPH-M840). One of the images is a keyboard with Korean characters and in another is Samsung calendar on a desk so these images could were taken in Samsung headquarter. EXIF data also reveals that the images were not taken at the maximum resolution. In fact, EXIF data can easily be faked but A&T model number is the same as previous model number which was leaked any how we should take this news with a pinch of salt.
Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumored to features 13MP rear camera with 2MP front-facing camera plus top notch specs like Exynos 5 CPU, 8 Core GPU, wireless charging and latest Android OS out of the box. The Galaxy S4 would be introduced on March 15th.
