In this year, Samsung has launched their flagship phone - Samsung Galaxy S3 which has sold over 30 millions in five months after release date. It's the best-selling and most successful phone from Samsung and that makes everyone focused on its next successor. Even though no confirmed details or release date have been confirmed but some rumors about the next flagship phone Korea manufacturer have floated around. There are rumored specs for the Samsung Galaxy S4 which said that the next Galaxy line-up will come with  5-inch 1920 x 1080 Super AMOLED full HD screen with 441 ppi which Samsung has planned to introduce at CES 2013 next month. Going by the processor the Samsung Galaxy S4 will get a Cortex-A15 2GHz quad-core CPU which better than Cortex-A9 in the S3. However, some sources said that the S4 will be the first smartphone with "double-quad-core" CPU which has two quad-core, one is a 1.8GHz quad-core for high performance works like gaming while another is a 1.2GHz quad-core for power efficiency. The Samsung Galaxy S4 could be one of the first phones which launched with Android 5.0 (Key Lime Pie) pre-installed out-of-the box.

About other specs, Samsung will upgrade their flagship phone camera to 13Megapixel and come with 2GB of RAM memory and Samsung's latest 64GB 10nm eMMC memory chip, which 33% faster in write speed and 42% in read speed while 20% smaller than traditional NAND standards. Like other high-end phones in the market, the S4 will also come with 4G LTE and NFC capability.

Another rumor about release date, Korea Times believe that Samsung will ready to launch the Samsung Galaxy S4 at MWC 2013 in February or March next year. However, if Samsung want to introduce the S4 with Android 5.0 so a release date of their new flagship device could be May.

The speculated features of the Samsung Galaxy S4 are pretty nice and make us exciting bu these are just rumors and nothing has been confirmed from Samsung so we should take it with a pinch of salt.
